- Custom or personalized items cannot be cancelled once production has begun
- Please review all details carefully before confirming custom orders

Return Eligibility
- Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery
- Products must be in original condition with tags attached
- Items should be unworn, unwashed, and free from odors
- Original packaging and invoice must be included

- Custom or personalized products
- Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear
- Products without original tags or packaging
- Items returned after the 7-day return window
